Eco Reform, which is one of the largest and innovative worm manure production facilities in our country, produces a large part of the organic fertilizer needs of sports fields, hotel recreation areas and agricultural areas, and especially individual areas of use, in its factory located in Gönen district of Balıkesir province, and delivers it to those in need. Our facility, built on a 1000 m2 closed area and 7.000 m2 open area, provides service with a monthly production capacity of 40 tons.

Eco Reform A.Ş has extremely modern and technological equipment, R&D infrastructure and international sales and marketing network.

Automatically controlled electrical “harvesting systems” with a height of 70-80 cm, a width of 1-2 m and a depth of 60-70 cm are used in our facility.

Processes such as worm feeding, worm moistening, vermicompost harvesting are carried out automatically with high-tech automation systems controlled by mobile phones.

Soils have a living system. Vermicompost, which is an important product in terms of making many important contributions to soil fertility and the environment, is the miraculous product of special earthworms. Vermicompost is an important key input in restoring the health of the soils and having high productivity, obtaining quality products, creating healthy generations, revealing peaceful green environments and landscape, protecting human and environmental health, ensuring the sustainability of the ecosystem, it is a good organic fertilizer.

While ecological problems are increasing day by day in the world and in our country, soil quality is also decreasing. Every year, the world’s agricultural areas are gradually decreasing in line with the needs of the increasing population. In addition, more erosion and soil losses occur every year. Especially in agricultural areas in our country, as a result of habits such as wrong practices, excessive use of chemicals; Nutrients useful for plants, especially organic matter in the soil, are decreasing or even disappearing, while agricultural production decreases in terms of quantity and quality, the income of producers decreases and the maintenance costs of landscape areas increase. In this state, traditional agriculture is shifting to the “intensive input agriculture” model with a new name, and the ecological system is damaged. In addition to these, the amount of waste per capita is increasing, and environmental problems begin to occur, especially with organic wastes due to waste.

Sustainable-good agriculture-smart agriculture practices that increase soil quality and evaluate organic wastes have become important for environmentally friendly production. If chemical fertilizers arising from industrial production processes are used incorrectly and more than necessary, soil quality deteriorates over time, organic matter is destroyed and the living structure in the soil is damaged. Adhering to the results of soil analysis, using chemical fertilizers in accordance with expert opinions is of course necessary for obtaining the products; however, it has no effect on improving the quality of our lands in the current situation. For this reason, the use of compost and vermicompost type agricultural inputs, which are created by the evaluation of all kinds of plant and animal wastes, as reinforcement in agriculture and landscaping areas provide extremely important benefits.

As a result, vermicompost, which is an organic fertilizer, is not a choice but a necessity in agricultural production. The solution of traditional agriculture and its negativities is possible with the transition to the use of vermicompost.
